The deal was structured through a dozen vehicles designed to issue equity interests to U.S. and non-U.S. persons, to obtain mezzanine and real estate financing and to manage the newly acquired property. Our clients\u2019 ticket was $3,050,000. The issuer as represented by Duane Morris LLP, New York.
